तीन ताल के इस एपिसोड की शुरुआत हुई DOES GODS EXITS के मुद्दे पर. नई दिल्ली के कॉन्स्टिट्यूशन क्लब में 21 दिसंबर 2025 को एक डिबेट आयोजित हुई. जिसमें मशहूर शायर-गीतकार और नास्तिक होने का दावा करने वाले जावेद अख्तर एक तरफ थे. और दूसरी तरफ थे इस्लामिक स्कॉलर मुफ्ती शमाइल नदवी. लल्लनटॉप के संपादक सौरभ द्विवेदी इस डिबेट को मॉडरेट कर रहे थे. डिबेट के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर लोग आस्था, तर्क और नैतिकता के धड़ों पर बंट गए. आस्तिकों और नास्तिकों में बहस पुरानी है. कभी वो विज्ञान और अंधविश्‍वास के दायरे में हुई तो कभी धर्मगुरुओं और उनके विरोध को लेकर. कुलमिलाकर आस्‍थावानों के बीच की लड़ाई में नास्तिकों की आस्‍था एक अलग ही मोर्चा है. तीन ताल में इसके तीसरे पक्ष पर भी बात हुई. सरदार पर वाम का बाम होने का इल्जाम और ईश्वर-अल्लाह-भगवान-गॉड कौन हैं, ताऊ ने समझाया. सारी धार्मिक-किताबें मनुष्य ने लिखी हैं? साइंस ईश्वर को साबित नहीं कर सकती? जावेद अख्तर से भिड़ने वाले मुफ्ती शमाइल नदवी की मुश्किल? गॉड का अनुवाद क्या हो सकता है?आस्तिकों और नास्तिकों में बहस बेकार क्यों? अपने-अपने भगवान अपने-अपने विश्वास और Contingency और Infinite Regress क्या है? इसके बाद बात हुई बांग्लादेश में हिंसा और भारत में इस्लामोफोबिया पर. बीते कुछ दिनों में बांग्लादेश में दो हिंदुओं की लिंचिंग के मामले सामने आए. प्रसिद्ध हिंदी साहित्यकार विनोद कुमार शुक्ल का निधन हो गया. वह 88 साल के थे और लंबे समय से बीमार चल रहे थे. छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी रायपुर के एम्स में उन्होंने आखिरी सांस ली. विनोद कुमार शुक्ल की जादुई दुनिया और उनके लिखे से मोह पर बात हुई. अंत में आई प्रिय तीन ताल श्रोताओं की चिट्ठियां

This episode of Teen Taal begins with the question : Does God Exist? On 21 December 2025, a debate was held at the Constitution Club, New Delhi. On one side was Javed Akhtar, a well-known poet and lyricist who openly calls himself an atheist. On the other side was Mufti Shamail Nadvi, an Islamic scholar. The debate was moderated by Saurabh Dwivedi, editor of The Lallantop. After the debate, social media was sharply divided into groups based on faith, logic, and morality. The argument between believers and non-believers is very old. Sometimes it happens around science vs superstition, sometimes around religious leaders and criticism of religion. Overall, in the conflicts among believers themselves, the “faith” of atheists becomes a separate front altogether. In Teen Taal, a third perspective on this debate was also discussed. Why is the “left-wing label” often slapped on rational thinkers? Who are Ishwar, Allah, Bhagwan, God—are they really different? Tau explains this in his own style. Key questions discussed: Were all religious books written by humans? Can science ever prove God? Where did Mufti Shamail Nadvi struggle while debating Javed Akhtar? What could be the real translation or meaning of the word “God”? Why are debates between believers and atheists often pointless? Everyone has their own God and their own belief system. What do Contingency and Infinite Regress mean? After this, the discussion moved to violence in Bangladesh and Islamophobia in India. In recent days, there were reports of lynching of two Hindus in Bangladesh, which became a serious topic of concern. The episode also paid tribute to famous Hindi writer Vinod Kumar Shukla, who passed away at the age of 88. He had been ill for a long time and breathed his last at AIIMS Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The hosts talked about his magical literary world and why readers feel such deep affection for his writing. Finally, the episode ends with letters from beloved Teen Taal listeners.

The Delhi Pollution Control Committee has issued orders under air-pollution laws, directing all hotels, restaurants, and dhabas to use only electric, gas, or other clean-fuel tandoors. Next, the conversation turns to the mining in the Aravalli hills and the fear of Delhi turning into a desert. After a recent Supreme Court decision, environmentalists have expressed serious concerns about the Aravalli mountain range. Then comes a discussion on the fourth T20 match between India and South Africa, which was cancelled in Lucknow due to dense fog and poor visibility. The episode also talks about saying goodbye to MGNREGA and discusses the Modi government’s new scheme, “Viksit Bharat – Ji Ram Ji.” After that, there is talk about the Bharatiya Janata Party appointing Nitish Nabin Sinha, MLA from Patna’s Bankipur seat and a minister in the Bihar government, as the party’s new working president.
